  IN-HOME TRAINING

Don't have the time, energy, or schedule that allows you to work with your puppy or dog? We will come to your house and train your dog for you while you're at work! Then we'll transfer the appropriate handling skills to you so you'll know how to best handle your dog. Let us do the work so you can spend your time enjoying your dog!

 

Basic Puppy Training:

This training is designed specifically for puppies who are 10 - 26 weeks old.  Training includes: bite inhibition (aka "careful with those teeth!"), no jumping, walk nicely on leash, sit, down, stand, sit stay, down stay, go place (or bed), "quiet", come when called, attention (watch me), and help with housebreaking and crate training. In-Home training costs $225 and usually takes three weeks but may vary - every dog is an individual!     

 

Basic Dog Training:

This training is designed for dogs six months or older.  Training includes: walk nicely on leash, no jumping, sit, down, stand, sit stay, down stay, come when called, greeting people and dogs appropriately, leave it, take it, drop it, and basic targeting (a building block skill for more advanced training).  In-Home training costs $225 and usually takes three weeks but may vary - every dog is an individual!     

 

Advanced Dog Training:

 We provide advanced obedience training or "tricks" training at owner request. 

 

  Custom Training

You're in charge of the curriculum - you tell us what your goals are and we'll tailor a lesson plan to fit your specific needs. We can work on anything you'd like: from basics like sit, lie down and stay to tricks that will amaze your friends.  We can help with all sorts of things like really coming when you are called and even housebreaking and crate training!  If you aren't quite sure what you want, we'll work with you to develop a customized training plan that satisfies your objectives.

 

So instead of dog training being "just one more thing on your to-do list," it will be something you really enjoy!  This will be one hour that you can enjoy with your dog without anything else getting in the way. You'll look forward to it every week! Both you and your dog will love the results!

 

  BOARD AND TRAIN

Your dog stays with us while learning basic obedience skills and good manners. He will enjoy clear and consistent positive training, reinforcement and lots of fun training activities!  Your dog will be trained in a wide variety of places and situations so he learns to respond to you even in a new place with many distractions.  Board and train is a wonderful learning vacation for your dog!
